Who we are

Ontro Cleaning is a trading name of The Trustee for Entro RS Family Trust (ABN 48 914 126 545). These terms apply when you ask us for a quote or book a clean through this website, by phone or by message.

Quotes

• Quotes are free and based on what you tell us about the property and the job.
• We confirm your price before any work starts. The price we quote is the price you pay for the agreed work.
• If the property or the job is materially different from what was described, we will talk to you before going ahead, and you can decide whether to proceed.

Bookings and access

• A booking is confirmed when we agree the date, time, address and scope with you.
• Please make sure we can get in, and that water and electricity are on.
• Tell us about anything that affects our safety or the work, such as pets, hazards or areas we should not enter.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a booking, please let us know as early as you can. Any cancellation or late-change charge will be set out in your quote before you book; we will not charge one that was not agreed.

Payment

Payment terms (when payment is due and how to pay) are set out in your quote or invoice.

Bond Back Guarantee

For end of lease cleans: if your property manager or landlord raises a cleaning issue that falls within the agreed scope of the clean, contact us within the time stated in your quote and we will return to re-clean those areas at no extra cost. The guarantee covers cleaning, not repairs, maintenance, existing damage or items outside the agreed scope.

Care of your property

We take care in your home or workplace and hold public liability insurance. If something is damaged while we are working, please tell us as soon as possible so we can put it right.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that they will be provided with due care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
